Hey guys, I’d like to start by saying thank you to everyone that left me such kind words either on my blog or on Facebook about thanksgiving.

Anyways, yesterday i got an email from a friend and he showed me this video by Tony Robbins, Frank Kern, and John Reese. For those of you that don’t know, these are three of THE BIGGEST names in the industry. (in fact John Reese did a 1 million dollar day in a recent launch)

Well the video talked about why the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. And everything boil’s down to mindset. Now you’re probably wondering how it actually works, well i’ll give you some examples and then i’ll send you a link to the video so you can get a more in depth analysis of it. (i’ll also send you a link to a video about this same stuff that LITERALLY changed my life)

Do you know who Sir Roger Banister is? He is the first man to every break 4 minuets in the mile. Before him in HISTORY no one had ever done it. Every scientist said it was physically impossible, not doable by the human body. But Banister knew that if he could do it in his head then he could do it in real life. So every single day he would visualize his race and in his head he broke it hundreds of times.

Then one cool spring day he stepped on the line and since his mind was already used to breaking 4 minuets his body was now ready to.

In the next 2 years 37 more people broke the 4 minuet mile. Do you really think it had anything to do with being physically not able to…. heck no! it had to to with not being mentally able to.

And the best part is, you can train your mind to do anything, and honestly it will take you anywhere. You need to honestly believe that you can, and you need to want it. After that everything else will fall into place. I don’t really do a great job of explaining it but this video is honestly amazing!

Secondly, i told you earlier in the post that i saw a movie that literally changed my life.
